On the hottest weekend of the year, Lisa Tweddle and Emma Raven were battling the heat and chasing PB's. Lisa won the Newcastle Parkrun in a superb time of 20:11 removing 15 seconds from her previous best whilst Emma took 7 seconds off her 3km chase PB when winning the Loughborough International (pictured at the front).
