A handful of our Junior athletes tested themselves over the twisty, muddy course by Gateshead stadium. As the first in the McCain cross series, these races attracted top quality fields. Our best performances came in the U13 age group with Anna Fawcett finishing 7th in the girls and Thomas Goulding 8th in the boys. Other results were: Robert Peverley (U13 B) 35th; Katie Blackett (U15 G) 31st; Callum Morgan and Sam Blackett (both U17 men) 50th and 51st respectively.
