A Chester team of Sarah Wilkinson,Kathryn Foley and debutante Allison Moore produced a great performance to claim the silver medal in the over 35 championship.
Sarah who has been in superb form recorded the days fastest time of 15 mins 30 secs ,a run which coupled together with her early season runs has resulted in her being selected for the British and Irish Masters cross country International at Birmingham on the 14th of November.
Kathryn who is beginning to rediscover her competitive edge recorded the days 2nd fastest run.
