Angela Hibbs closed her summer season with a really great performance in the North East's
showpiece Event. Entering the race with a PB of 78 mins 50 secs and the target of trying to be the North East's top female in the race, Angela not only achieved her targets with a new PB of 78 mins 27 secs but she had the distinction of also being the first British female to cross the line,
A perfect end to her best season to date.
