Freya Murray proved once again that she is a major force in Uka distance running with a superb gun to tape 5k victory over Aldershots Charlie Purdue. Although her time of 15 mins 45 secs was fractionally slower than her recent club record the windy conditions make this in all probability a better run.
Emma Raven continued her good season with a great 6th place in the 3k steeplechase championship improving her pb and club record by 11 seconds with a 10 mins 32 secs clocking.
