Emma Ravens best ever track season continued with yet another pb when she produced a really great performance to win the 1500 metres B race. Following the pace maker through the opening laps of 70 secs and 2 mins 20 (Emma 71/2.21) the Scottish international hit the front with around 650 metres left and pushed the pace on. Approaching the final bend Ellie Stevens of Derby mounted a challenge but Emma fought her off to hit the line in 4 mins 26.82 secs.
