Freya Murray made her seasons 5k debut with a really stunning performance as she destroyed a very good field with a display of power and aggression to remove 20 seconds from her PB with the second fastest 5k recorded by a British athlete this year Indeed only top British star Steff Twell has run faster than Freyas 15 mins 44.37 seconds
Women's 1500 A race
Emma Raven continues to get better, the Scottish international stepped down in distance after her two good runs in the Scottish champs to record yet another PB of 4 mins 26.88 secs to finish 5th in a very good competitive field.
