Freya Murray returned to competitive action with a stunning 10k victory at altitude in Boulder Colorado, running in a mixed field the British International clocked a very impressive 34 mins 16 secs chip time (34 mins 23 gun) to blast herself back into the selectors eyes after injury forced her to withdraw from the World Cross Country Championships.
