Friday 10th April to Sunday 12th
Emma Waterhouse repeated last years series win,on Friday the 10th she dominated the 10k winning in 36 mins 51 secson Saturday the 11th she finished 2nd in the hill race behind her friend and team mate Claire Duck. The series finished with a very tactical 5k as Emma and Claire who both had a chance of claiming the series played cat and mouse until around 600 metres from home at which point Emma turned on the power and sprinted clear , coming home in 18 mins 02 secs.
