This was the Day when Allison Dixon showed the UK just what she is capable of. Competing in this highly rated 10k the petite Chester star not only destroyed the opposition, she also removed 60 seconds from her 10k pb with a stunning finishing time of 32 mins 32 secsto elevate herself to 2nd in the current UK rankings behind Mara Yamauchi. Congratulations must also go to her coach Lindsay Dunn for his part in Allison's amazing breakthrough.
