Emma Waterhouse produced her best ever 10k road performance to claim 2nd place in a new PB of 36 mins 14 secson what was a very testing undulating course run in less that perfect conditions,her fiance James Raven running in the same event also improved his pb with a very impressive 35 mins 5 sec run.
On the same weekend Stewy Bell gave a really great performance to capture the British Masters 0ver 40s cross country Championship
