Saturday 4th October - Rocky Mountain Shoot-Out 5Km
Freya Murray who has been training at altitude in Boulder Colorado produced a stunning performance to dominate the field in the popular Rocky Mountain Shootout 5k cross country .Leading for most of the race Freya came home 30 seconds clear of former American High School star Melony Fairchild in a time that was only 12 seconds short of 2007 Great North run winner Kara Gouchers course record.
Saturday 4th October - British Masters cross country relays Mansfield
Jenny Tinkler running as an individual had a really good performance on the first leg covering the testing 4k course in 18 mins 18 secs. to record the 3rd fastest time in the over 45 age group
Saturday 11th October- East Scotland District cross country relays
Emma Waterhouse opened her winter programme in great style by leading her Scottish team Central a/c to victory . Running on the second leg on a flat but very heavy 4k course Emma recorded 15 mins 05 seconds , the fastest time of the day .
